We were founded in 2018 as a project to help people learn, and get excited about, the science that exists within the art of cooking. Through our website, events, and financial contributions we aim to help advance the field of food science and support and inspire individuals who share our passions.

A Burning Desire
At The Culinary Science Foundation, we are dedicated to changing the kitchen. By advocating the fusion of sciences like Chemistry, Physics, and Biology with the Culinary Arts we hope to not only influence the kinds of foods that we eat but also lessen the divide between the culinary experiences of different socioeconomic areas.
